Add a Photo (or Image) to a post
Photo Resizing
First consider how large is your photo file ? Files up to 5 Mb can be uploaded but these large files can make viewing very slow, as the images will take a long time to download. Please use an Image Resizer tool or a photo editor to resize the photo before uploading to the forum. A width of 1280 pixels is fine for most photos, and allows a high quality display.
How Add an Photo (or image) to a post
You have to upload the photo at any time before submitting the post. At the bottom of the topic entry form, click 'Upload Attachment' then browse on your PC for the file. You can add a image title in the 'File Comment' box. Click 'add the file' and it will be uploaded, The page will reload. Put the cursor where you want the photo, and click 'Place inline' and the system will insert some code. If you click 'Preview' you will see the photo in the post. Complete the text etc. and Preview/Submit as you would with any other posting. You can have up to two attachments (photos, images or files) in any posting.
Photo Display in the Forum
Photos (and images) are automatically resized after being uploaded so that they always fit neatly on the screen. The full size photo is linked to the small image on the screen, just click on the small photo, and the full size photo will be downloaded into a new window in your browser.
