Leisure 22 For Sale (Project) Barton On Humber

Hi!
I am selling my Leisure 22 yacht as a project. £100 ONO
I have owned it for 3 years or so, and owing to a re-location, and lack of time, I can't continue to work on it, or spend the time on it that it deserves.
See photos for general idea of condition - it is currently in Barton-Upon-Humber boatyard (fees paid up until the end of month - it's only £100 per month there).
Built 1973; fin keel; 7hp Vire inboard engine (turns over but probably needs a service; mast and rigging (down currently); interior not too bad but could do with some refurb; exterior needs some more top coat on the hull (never got round to finishing off); sails are present, main needs replacing/repairing others seem ok; windows need re-sealing/refurbing; anchor and chain present; lots of other bits and bobs inside/stowed.
Basically, she needs a GOOD CLEAN (bit slimey and green in the cockpit and deck) inside and out - then you can see better to write your list of jobs! The photos are of various times over the last few years - but it's a lovely boat, just needs some time (and a bit of money) spent on it to get her back to her former glory. I've put £500 (or near offer) as a price, but happy to consider offers :)
